Folks it is time once again to begin the fight for getting the Scheduled lamprey treatments on the Lake Champlain tribs in Vermont accomplished this coming fall. The members of this site can be a big help to this program with your show of support by adding your names to this petition. With the treatments that have been done over the last 4 years the Champlain fishery is really starting to show the results of everyones interst in lamprey control. This past season was one of the better ones we have seen in a while. The sizes and numbers of fish are on the rise and the lamprey wounds are on a sevre decline.
